idk really what im trying to ask. but the best question i can come up with is this. does turning oddballs off open up the world or just make it more bland? ive played with oddballs, ive had fun with the DLC and other such things. but i wanna do a run thats just me and my survivors. using the radio and other such services as little as possibe if at all? just me, a couple idiots, and scavenging the wasteland. oddballs just seem to mess with that a little?...
