Hello vikings!

What a month June has been! We were finally able to reveal our 1.0 release date[valheim.com] at the PC Gaming Show earlier this month, and we’re delighted that so many of you seem excited for the launch! At last it is official that Valheim 1.0, with Deep North and all, releases on the 9th of September this year, with full crossplay between platforms. If you missed it, or if you just can’t get enough of it, you can watch the trailer right here:

We’re very excited for you to be able to experience what we’ve been working on, and we really hope that you’ll have a great time!

Leading up to the launch, we can also reveal that we will have a booth at the Gamescom showfloor in August. If you’ll be at the event in Cologne, make sure to come find us for a chance to chat to some of the devs, and to experience Valheim in a more immersive way than ever before. We look forward to seeing you there, it’s gonna be big!

Another thing we want to make sure you don’t miss is our current Makehip campaign[www.makeship.com]. Just like with the Rocky plushie last year, you have a limited time to get your hands on three brand new and unique Valheim plushies; the Valkyrie, the Serpent and the Jumbo Troll. They won’t be available after the campaign, so now’s your chance!
