From now on we will no longer be known as NordRP, but as an integrated part of Gurp Gaming, which also means that our group has changed. As we can not rename this group (for unknown reason, Valve) we had to create a new one.

CellFone Mod update

Hey guys!

The CellFone mod has been updated. Instead of using chat commands, cell operators will now have to buy SIM cards using the F4 menu.

The following commands are no longer working:
/simoffer, /simaccept, /simreject

Text messaging works as usual. A SIM card is $5

Hello everyone!

A new custom mod has entered the realms of NordRP: CellFone Mod.

CellFone Mod is a mod that allows you to communicate with your buddies through the use of some simple commands - but wait, you need a SIM card first. Go ask a cellphone operator to give you a SIM card, or even better, become one and set the rates for your company and compete with each other!

When you do have a SIM card, you can send text messages (PMs) and call each other, which allows you to communicate via voice over any distance (unless you reach 0 signal)!

This mod will be improved upon in the future.

COMMANDS
/call <name> - Calls <name>
/pickup - Picks up your phone call
/hangup - Hangs up / rejects the phone call
/sms <name> <message> - Send <message> to <player>
/text <name> <message> - Alias for /sms
