You indeed need the first uvhm pack, as that is the one that will expand your lvl cap to 61, and the second will get it to 72, so for the second one to work you need the first one.

Someone up for terramorphous farm on TVHM? i'm lvl 53 krieg and have never been able to kill him. I kinda want to check out the legendary class mod for krieg and see if it would be beneficial to my build.
