this is the baptism that makes you born again not "in a name" but "in Christ" who is the holy spirit. if you never had an encounter with the spirit of God coming to you and falling/pressing upon you you did not receive grace. you must keep pleading to God

the only way to be saved is to be baptized in the holy spirit by Jesus. the spirit of God is the spirit of Christ. baptism into Christ is baptism into the holy spirit. you must repent pleading to God and believe the good news and if accepted you will receive grace and Jesus will come to you and baptize you into Christ by laying hands on you

it makes a separation between those who don't know God and those who do who read the scriptures but do not obey. those that claim the faith but do not obey are in the most danger. this is the real battlefield for any disciple in Christ weather its against those who say they dont believe or for those who say they do

Acts 5
32 And we are witnesses of these things; and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey Him.”

Listen carefully to what's called faith here. They didn't say a word. they did action. They loved thy neighbor as thyself. "their faith" was obeying the command of God

What's there to "work out" if its based on "faith alone"?

Hmmm.. almost like Jesus is judging them based on works

Listen to Paul talking about punishing those who are disobedient to Christ. So many are being deceived today and think they don't need to obey. They put a gold or silver necklace on and go about life completely normal. So many blind guides who dont know the real God of Abraham Issac and Jacob leading people to their deaths. This is the real battlefield its not mans war with weapons of man its knowledge of God and his salvation.

The devil doesnt care if you believe in God he's worried that you obey him. All the evil men who killed Jesus and the prophets believed in the God of Abraham Issac and Jacob but what they didn't do is obey.
Hebrews 4

Hes comparing Israel in the desert to us in Christ. God made them wander for 40 years purposely to test them and purge the disobedient from entering his rest just like adam and eve were kicked out from his rest for disobedience. they are the bad seeds who accept the gospel then fall away when failing a test
Pick up your Bibles people and read the word of God and meditate on it day and night

They said they believed but look Jesus didn't look at them saying they believe as true disciples. Its not until you obey him and practice his teachings that you are proven to be a real disciple. This world is full of people who say they believe but not only do they not abide in him they actively teach against him and they argue against him and say killing a transgressor is ok if he steals from you or tries to harm you. Like Jesus said his words are the words of the father who sent him. When you reject Jesus teachings you reject God the same condemnation of the pharisees who claimed they are children of God but were rebuked as children of satan for not accepting Jesus words which were Gods words his will

This is an actual prayer from catholics. they deny our only master Jesus. they are doing exactly what Israel did in the past with worshipping and serving the host of heaven who were with God next to his throne

The greek word for revenge used is "ἐκδικέω" which can mean "avenge" "to protect, defend, one person from another". Apostles directly rebuked "self defense" or "the right to bear arms". If you call yourself a proud American or whatever God forsaken nation that also supports self defense you need to repent and come to the truth in Christ. Your supposed to be born again and learn what the will of God is and walk in it.
Romans 12
2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.

men of bloodshed who claim the faith tell you killing others in self defense is justified because Jesus commanded to buy 2 swords but if you keep reading the verse its obvious what its about. he is calling them transgressors. he told them 2 was enough only so the scripture could be fulfilled of him being outnumbered with transgressors with him. the transgressors are the 2 people with the 2 swords that he told to buy. if you think this is a call for ever disciple to pick up a weapon and kill transgressors you are an enemy to the cross
17 Brethren, join in following my example, and observe those who walk according to the pattern you have in us. 18 For many walk, of whom I often told you, and now tell you even weeping, that they are enemies of the cross of Christ, 19 whose end is destruction, whose god is their appetite, and whose glory is in their shame, who set their minds on earthly things. 20 For our citizenship is in heaven, from which also we eagerly wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ; 21 who will transform the body of our humble state into conformity with the body of His glory, by the exertion of the power that He has even to subject all things to Himself.
30 As he was saying these things, many believed in him. 31 So Jesus said to the Jews who had believed him, “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, 32 and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
Look again Jesus himself saying doing works of his teachings are true disciples. It says they believed in him they would of called him Lord but Jesus didn't look at it as proof of a true disciple its not until you abide in his teachings that you are proven to be a disciple. this world is full of people who don't abide in his word. they put on a gold or silver cross necklace and go about life as normal never even caring to read Jesus words for themselves. this world is full of people who say they believe but don't abide in his word
