I'm not a happy fellow right now.

We have gone um-teen weeks without accomplishing ANYTHING, and not just when Exit wasn't here, our progress was pretty sad when he was here; it was a snail's pace, which is way below where I've seen all of us perform at.

Here's the thing, I think we got caught up in the idea of being on top as a competitive team. Believe it or not, you have to work for this. It's the one time when a game is not all fun and games, and I know I've said this more than once.

But this is what I see each week: A leader who has to take extended leaves of absence, a couple people who never log on except for practice, and split and the first opportunity they get, and completely blowing off practice despite saying you will be at practice.

This requires more effort than the team is putting forth, and it's frustrating. Thursday HAS TO BE amazing. Amazing includes I don't have to message anyone to join, it also includes being there on time, or (heaven forbid) EARLY, and a fluidness of the team I have yet to see, or I'm done.

To be honest, I'm not hopeful. Haven't even done two scrims and we're subbing and off-classing.

Get our shit together or I quit

P.S. I'm not reading anything you respond with, whatever you write I'm assuming is an excuse, an apology, or an agreement, and I have better things to do than read any of those.

squiggly, practice and stuff or your off the team... you need to make time for this or you won't be able to do it

again, nazzjack and overlord are mainly in charge, so listen to them unless they're being stupid, and in that case, talk to them about it nicely

nazzjack stop being so stubborn... you'll probably argue with me about this, but listen to peoples arguments and don't shoot them down... present your reasons and let them present theirs and you guys all think about it

So there's no point in Exit telling us map names unless we actually retain them. I'm proposing next practice that someone is randomly assigned a map, and has to name all the zones WITHOUT CHEATING. Each person should get a different map, so you can't just copy the person who just went through it.
