everyone else is a corporal now, so if ur not on that list you did not rank up; however, there are plenty more chances

Tomorrow, i dont know maybe around 6:00-7:30 pm eastern time will be the listing of ranks, officers, etc. Some will move, some will not not but thats just how it goes. No worries if you dont, that doesnt mean i dont like you, you just have to exert more effort into it thats all. Remember, inviting, battlefield honor, and just contributing to the group itself will give you a new rank.

Ranks Responsibilities V2

If your wondering, what is the purpose of this rank system, well no worries here are their roles. Also read bottom of this for extra help.

GENERALISSIMO

General- knowledge of everyones positions, report to field marshal, keep brigadiers, and Captains in check. Also will be an admin, where you will make announcements, grow leadership skills, and wave around the skills you already aquired. Teach the lower ranks(if Needed or asked) how to do various activities, or strategies. Aquire field reports from brigades.

Brigadier- Commands a smaller amount of people traditionally, where as you report to generals and recieve information from the Colonels. Try to show others how to do various activities and strategies in battle.

Colonel- Only can be granted this position by the Field Marshal if one truly deserves this. However, you do merely the same thing as Colonels except recieve information from the captains and sergeant majors and give info to Brigadier

Captains- You lead a battalion pretty much. The battalions consist of the Sergeants(Majors and regular sergeants). Make sure to report all battle stats and info to Colonel. Since in charge of this battalion, you are resonsible for the information that Sergeants and Major sergeants recieve.

Lieutenent- It often designates someone who is "second-in-command," and as such, may precede the name of the rank directly above it. Realize that you are taking information from the Sergeant majors only, and if Captain absent, you must relay the message to the Colonel. From like the Co-Captain so to speak.

Fireteams

Sergeant Major- They serve as monitors of, and advocates for, the enlisted men in the command. For which everyone lower ranked: Private, Corporal,and Sergeants report to you immediately. If not present, the sergeants will have to relay to Lieutenet. This is where you begin to shine so do not let up here. From here build your leadership skills, battle tactics, and most of all your manners lol. From this point on you are expected to be more respnsible of others in the group.

Sergeant, Corporal, Private- you are at stage 1. You are needed for battles in particular, you are the fireteams should i say. From here you will commence in the front lines. Fear cannot strike your hearts, for fear shall swallow you whole at this point. All we need is for you, SOLDIERS, to prepare for battle, defeat the enemy, and never, and i mean NEVER, give up. To tell you the truth you have it quite simple, you invite and fight, report to the sergeant or sergeant major. This is where your strategies, will harden you for the future. Grow your skill, enrich the skills of others.

EXTRA HELP

Ok now that we have discussed that, wow my fingers hurt now, but anyways, if an officer above you is absent just report to an officer higher than the officer higher than you; for example, if a lieutenent is absent and a sergeant has inforrmation, just send this message to either Colonels or Captains, its quite simple, dont worry. One last thing i need to mention is, when im talking about relaying messages, this needs to only occur when there is treason occuring or we are at war with someone and we need to know where we are at. I know its a bit early but from what i can tell, from this guys determination and hard work, **P.A**RedSkipper[vetr]BS(TWT) is now player of the week. Always on, working on his game on empires, i dont know wat to say but congratulations.

Public Group, Invite ok

This is going to to go public that is why i have the private slot in the rankings. If i know you personally on skill on the game or leadership skills in other groups, then i know where to put you. Dont take that personally if i put you lower, its just i also check skll ratings, so if i havent played or remembered what one is capable of then just tell me, ill be delighted to move you up.

P.S.- When one reaches the title of general, which will not be a cakewalk, will become an admin. Unfortunately, i have planned 1 general per 15 people. Not only do you need to get prepared but just polish your abilities and go out there and win. Its as simple as that

This is quite simple, if you prove yourself, you may be rewarded with a higher title, Most will start at private, in which ill list everyone mostly in announcement of wat rank you are.
