10 tips to NOT get fat from a Thanksgiving meal!

1. Avoid the Turkey
2. Avoid the fat of the Turkey (The slimy oily part)
3. Eat just the desert instead because you are more likely to lose your appetite!
4. Eat the leftovers AFTER Thanksgiving
5. Do not eat Rice
6. Do not go straight to bed after the meal
7. If there is snow, Go make a Snowman right after!!
8. Play a game with the food on who can find the serving spoon!
9. Drink more eat less!
