We have passed the 100 mark and are still multiplying fast (as fish should) but the server still remains empty. This is due to the fact that no one was playing on it to begin with! Who here would join a server with no one on it?

Exactly, so that is why me and a few of the leaders and admins are going to join at some point in the next 2 days. We will be creating an event for a day of fun and killing on our TF2 server for all! This may be just what we need to get our server afloat.
