There’s one group called “woke and censored games” for example and in their guidelines for submissions they have this to say

That’s very likely the case here too (although, being honest, that’s not much better), but it certainly doesn’t feel that way. There’s a good chance I’m just experiencing confirmation bias because the majority of gamers are guys, so I’m just assuming everyone I talk to is a fairly normal guy, not to mention I’m assuming they aren’t trolling me. I guess you’ve both answered me, even if it didn’t entirely put my mind at ease.

I don't have the same experience. My countrymen typically accept degeneracy when it is straight or lesbian. Gays are mocked and despised, not on a regular basis nowadays but it does happen.

An example of a game like that is New Vegas. If I even mention the insane number of gays in New Vegas, I immediately get called all sorts of names, even by people who are otherwise fairly right-leaning and mostly male.

But like when guys tend to complain about wokeness or whatever, it’s usually them talking about women, or browns, or some variation of those things. Guys, in my experience, seem much more apathetic about wokeness involving ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ friends. I remember when the whole “body type” thing just started happening. I would point it out, and most people either didn’t care and they just wanted to play whatever in peace (it was usually Elden Ring), or implied I was insane for caring. A few years after that, SBI happened, and now, all of a sudden, wokeness is a big deal. But even still, it’s never gayness that’s talked about it’s “aggressive” political agendas, or whatever. I just never really understood that. And I don’t even know what would make something “aggressive” compared to everything else.
