I am a retired Welsh professional esports coach and manager with experience in player development, team operations, performance analysis and international competition. I began competing in semi-professional online tournaments on Forza in 2014.

At the inaugural Commonwealth Esports Championships in 2022, I coached the Wales Rocket League Open team to gold. At Esports Wales, I previously served as Game Manager, Director of Club Operations and Director of Player Development. After stepping down from the board, I remain involved as a staff member. I am retired from full-time professional coaching and management but remain open to selected development, analysis and consultancy work.

I also served in the British Army Reserve with 157 (Welsh) Regiment, Royal Logistic Corps.

Outside esports, my interests include high-performance motorcycles, sim racing, RPGs, strategy games and PC gaming. CH77 is my personal motorcycle identity.
