How this game got made is beyond me. It's big and long with absurd production values.
A measuring stick, to which future RPG's will be compared to.

Really nice 4-player co-op shooter.
- 4 vastly different classes with their separate progression and unlocks.
- Randomly generated maps, so no two missions are alike.
- Multiple mission types and nice variety on area biomes with lots of aliens to shoot.
- Very playable solo, but drop-in multiplayer works like a charm, so there's not much need for solo play.

Extremely addictive action rogue-lite, with surprisingly good story.

An exploration game done right!

Firstly, there are highly varied environments with lots to discover.
Secondly, everything is based upon players understanding and knowledge of the rules in solar system. There are practically no items to collect and no artificial barriers or triggers to block progress - you can explore whatever you want whenever you want, only limiting factor is players knowledge about how stuff work. IE. there is no fixed path of progress.

Highly recommended.

Dark Souls with Ninjas, what's not to like?

Looks silly and innocent, but holy hell is it a brain twister...

- Excellent level design.
- Nice story.
- Multiple paths to proceed -> freedom in paths, actions and choices.
- Great atmosphere

In short :
Modern version of System Shock 2 - might even be better.

Starts with a bang. First two hours are nice and time flies.
However when the game opens up, it starts to repeat itself. Basic loop after the start is:
1. go talk to person, who'll be the head honcho after you take over.
2. Break rackets by causing monetary damage. (generic and repetive missions)
3. Kill local Captain and take over.
4. Move to next area and repeat.

I got bored during the third area.
Story had some promise, but the gameplay itself was too boring to continue.

Really, really good metroidvania - with focus on exploration rather than combat.

Big Improvement over the first one, which wasn't bad.
