games great, as an og player of rogue back in the day it feels like an up to date version of it mechanics wise (never played og black flag sorry)
also the *optional* dlcs are really easy to ignore since theyre literally completely unobtrusive and the only thing they add is a tiny advantage in the early game (little gun bonuses all weapons have) and a purely visual change.
gamers are sad little creatures

a somehow more janky version of the long drive. i say this as both a long drive fan and someone looking for a better version of tld, its not that great and got rlly boring quick

genuinely one of the best games i've ever played, and one of the most unique games i've ever played. everything from the mechanics to the story to the controls i've literally never seen anything like in another video game.

just as buggy and clunky as the first game, now with ai slop! i know that the first game is very beloved for its jankiness but it makes the game unplayable for like normal people. really unfortunate too since there's not many in depth car building life sim games.

The game isnt bad, I should point that out, but it is not good or interesting in any way. if you own another battlefield game like 2042, this is a complete waste. its like every other battlefield game out there, and now that games have reached like the peak of graphics you really have to innovate to add onto a series like battlefield, and 6 is no different from any of the others. maybe if it was like a 70 or 80 percent sale it would be worth it but not for 70 dollars.

Pretty okay game so far, but the AI art is extremely obvious. like its slop. the voices not so much (as an english speaker anyways).
the story is cool and fresh but the ai slop is too much to look past.

Updating my review: the game runs great! it is just so infuriating in the way it does progression and skill checks. i reach the first open world planet and run around and literally every skill check is like a point or two above my level. at one point i see a man swallowed by a crab and wonder what crazy thing could happen, only problem is i need a medic level of 4, and i have 3, so i spend 30 minutes following the coast killing crabs to level up just to finally go back, pull the corpse out and get 300 bits and nothing else. that sums up my whole experience of this game, fake buildup to dissapointment just to feel like i constantly made a wrong choice in the character creator.

bought it awhile ago, it was ass then, bought it today, its ass now. not worth 10 dollars or even the discounted 6 dollars. this game is uninspired ai slop that's terribly optimized and just ugly. if you're looking for a good life sim type game i recommend obenseur or voices of the void (on itch.io)
