After having been mixed about Below Zero after loving the first Subnautica, I went into Subnautica 2 being a bit hesitant and kept my expectations pretty low, but oh man, honestly they've done an excellent job with the game so far, and I'm very much looking forwards to seeing the future progress of the game and seeing it slowly grow and get shaped into something just like how the first game was as well

Mind you, there's some issues and such with AI, or incorrect dialogue and stuff sometimes, but it's an early access, so it's to be expected, the game even has a system in-game for you to submit feedback to the devs if you run into them so it shows they're actively looking for feedback with the game too!

My only real major "Issue" if you can call it that is that the pacing and immersion of the story ends up getting shattered a lot when playing multiplayer, but that's okay because multiplayer being included is a lot of fun as well, just if you want to enjoy the story, play singleplayer as well alongside

Game has been abandoned as the developer "Intercept Games" was shut down by Take Two back in 2024, with essentially no new news, or updates whatsoever on the future of the game since then.

Don't waste your money, if you really want to, just buy the first game instead. It's honestly scummy that this version is even being sold still, especially for it's full price when it literally has less in it than the first game. But honestly, probably not even the best idea to buy the first game since it's just supporting the new scumbag private equity firm doing this now (Haveli Investments)

A Very well made DLC. Originally I was concerned when I saw that each of the new slugcats had requirements of beating the game on previous ones, because honestly I wasn't wanting to play through the game a bunch of times to unlock stuff.

BUT the thing I wasn't expecting was for each of the slugcats to have vastly different variations of the map, because of the much larger time gaps between them compared to the trio in the base game. This adds a massive amount of replay value to the game, as you can essentially see the world change through each of the play-throughs you do, and try to piece together what happened.

If you're someone who enjoyed the old powder games on the web, you'll probably enjoy this game as well. Noita has a very nice powder game like simulation engine, where each element will interact with each other differently. For example, you can pour water into toxic sludge to dilute the sludge into normal water.

The main part of this game however is the wands. In Noita, you are able to fully customise your wands and how they act, from what spells they shoot, what trails those spells leave behind, what pattern they shoot in, and more ways as well. The types of spells are incredibly diverse, ranging from just your simple spark bolt, all the way to a nuke.

This game is also a Rogue-like, so every run that you have with the game will almost always be completely unique.

Dead Cells is a great fast-paced Rogue Lite game that I'd thoroughly recommend people to pick up if they enjoy a challenge.

I really want to recommend this game, but there's just one thing that's stopping me; Carriers.

What's that, you don't like loosing a bunch of your health before seeing a single enemy ship? Too bad.

Carriers are basically unavoidable chip damage that they can get away with for free, since AA in this game is absolutely useless; even with defensive AA, planes will still be able to land at least one strike on you, which could do anywhere from 5-25%, hell, sometimes even 50% of your health, all before you fire a single shell.

Other than the poor state of carriers right now, the game is actually pretty fun.

Try the game if you want I guess, but after tier VI, the carriers get really dumb with how much 'free' damage they get.

Basically From the depths, but with less content, less features, and a higher price. Don't get me wrong, the game itself is fine, just that it feels like worse version of From The Depths to me.

Game has a small bug: You start playing it and then suddenly it's morning in real life.

Into The Breach is a fun little strategy game where you control mechs to defend the timelines. It's not that hard to beat, but it's still pretty fun to try and get all the achivements, since achivements in this game actually have a point, unlike 90% of other games. Unlocking achivements gives you coins that you can spend to unlock other sets of mechs, and once you unlock a set of mechs, you can either use the pre built group, or create your own custom group with mechs that you've unlocked. The game really likes to throw "♥♥♥♥, how do I get out of this one?" moments at you, and there is usually always a way to end the round without any losses, since it seems like the AI is designed to not go into places you can't reach it.

The game is pretty fun and I'd say that it's worth the money that I paid for it. The game also gives me some Advanced wars vibes from it, so if you like that series, you'll probably like Into The Breach as well.
