"touch grass" is not an insult towards gamers, rather it is advice for them. When participating in intense periods of gaming, the human hand has a tendency to get sweaty. The sweat causes the hand to become slick, and it b becomes more difficult to retain a grip on the gamers gaming mouse, thus making it more difficult to perform well in intense gaming moments. By touching grass with the gamers hand, the grass will impart a layer of particulate onto the gamers hand, the particulate can be made of a variety of dusts, dirts and other natural matter. This particulate will then act in a similar form to climbers chalk, absorbing the sweat and drying out the gamers hand. With dry hands, the gamer can now perform to their maximum when gaming. This is why when an enemy or teammate tells you to touch grass, they are simply trying to assist you in performing better.

+rep So this inanimate object comes into my killer lobby. I looked at their profile and everybody elses (because us killer mains have every right to be able to dodge high houred survivors) and this person claims to have only "10 hours" in DBD so I say perfect. i equip insta saws on my billy, ruin, thanaphobia, and bring a morri because it is my lobby and idc what is fun for survivors only myself. The game beigns and this person destroys my ruin. So because this dududu person destroyed my ruin I decided to tunnel them all game. Bad mistake, it started off with the FOV exploit. Everytime I swung, I missed. THEN this person use "jungle jims" or should I say infinites. Blooslust 5 was not enough for my to catch this person. So I decided to keep chasing him until my NOED kicked in. I finally got the sucker and facecamped him because us killers can do whatever we want and not get penalized for it.
