It might be niche, but it is my kind of niche. For me, this game is like a blend of Rainbow Six Siege and For Honor. And I thoroughly enjoyed both of those games. You have the prep and execution phases of R6S coupled with the map and objective styles of For Honor. Both games having "hero classes" designed for certain play styles.

Once you learn the phases and the economy of the game it all makes sense and you appreciate it for what it is accomplishing. This knowledge discredits any of the statements other gamers make like "This game games doesn't know what it wants to be" A lack of understanding doesn't validate your opinion. You have to understand first.

I am not sure where the extreme negative vibe is coming from, but I would imagine that the majority of players who are bombing this game in the reviews are not the target audience. One downside to free-to-play where everyone can voice their opinion without hitting the wallet. I look forward to experiencing the future plans for this game.

This Borderlands definitely feels like a return to roots, with a modern twist, and I am here for it. Gunplay is good, skills are good and carry their own weight.

Maybe I hit the lottery, but I'm playing on a 4070 SUPER and have no performance issues at all. No hitching, no stutters, solid frames, even while streaming to discord. I am also not trying to run the game at 4K so maybe that works in my favor.

I would suggest ignore the reviews from those who posted their opinions before leaving the bottom corner of the map. There is so much more to the game. The worst thing I have experienced is one of the propaganda towers got bugged. To fix it I walked away and let it reset. Resolved.

If you play this game understanding that it is an open-world, full-loot, PvP, sandbox (as its described) then you will be ahead of the curve in understanding that the target player is one who enjoys being able to come up with their own adventure and has the gumption to rise up after loss. You will experience players who take full advantage of the games systems and that's okay, because afterall, it is a sandbox MMORPG.

This is a slow burn game, that I find myself personally enjoying. The pacing of progression feels right. The discovery of everything (trust me, the game is very intent on forcing you to figure it out). The constant threat of a full loot PvP environment creates an in experience all on its own. It stings when you die and its frustrating trying to learn, well, anything, but I find it actually makes everything feel much more impactful overall. As someone who has played WoW for twenty-ish years, I have no qualms over a subscription based model. Development doesn't fund itself.

Jump in. Make a character that represents you. and experience the game.

Warning: If you only want to focus on progression and getting to the "end game" as fast as possible, then you're probably going to have a bad time.

This game has found the right ingredients for making an open, seamless, extraction-shooter experience. It is what I would consider a groundwork game where they are pioneering new possibilities within the genre. It is punishing and may be a bit rough around the edges, but it is in early access and that is to be expected. The game is worth it for those who enjoy the genre. The map is still in its youth, I would assume that a majority of POI's will be coming in later updates before the 1.0 Release.

The game is great overall. If you can't take the time to play the game for more than a few hours before feeling the need to write a review then you probably are not qualified to write a review.

A great experience with friends. The lore is seemingly endless and will keep you occupied for months while anxiously waiting for more.

An excellent game that blends a simplistic art style with demanding gameplay. Playing with friends is a blast.

People who hate the game tend to be those who don't fully integrate into a team and instead run around doing their own thing, hoping the rest of the team will pick up the slack. This game punishes those people with its difficulty and demands cooperation. Great game, it is going in a good direction. Here's to a good future for this game!

A great party game!

Miscreated is exactly how it is advertised. It is a HARDCORE Survival game. This is not Minecraft or Conan Exiles. This is a game that focuses more on Environmental/Situational survival than it does about building a base and hording materials. It is very enjoyable with friends, but also thrilling solo. Bad reviews come from people who can't separate their experiences. If you play Miscreated for what it is then you will have a good time. Support the Devs and stop whining about a game that has been consistently improving since day one. Don't let a few salty people ruin your prospect into the game.
