If you love delving into the mines in Stardew Valley and find yourself fighting enemies and collecting ores instead of farming, this is the game for you! I immediately felt sucked into this game within 30 minutes of playing. It's one of those games that is so easy to say, "Just one more level in the caves, THEN I'll get off!"

It focuses a lot on mining and defeating enemies like bats, spiders, and slimes. The way the mining works is a bit different from the mechanics of Stardew Valley. It's a very short mini-game where you use your hammer to find ores and other items like fossils. But, the more you "dig", the weaker the rock becomes, and it can collapse! So, you need to be smart about where you hit your hammer. There is a carpenter that you can collect items for, for her to complete blueprints for you (I haven't completed one yet). But, you will have to collect things like wood, cloth, nails and more-- to complete these blueprints.

Overall, I can 100% see this game being a purchase for me. It has a lot of potential! It could do with some QOL improvements, but the state of it currently is fantastic. I can't wait to see the future of Glintseeker Island!
