Can't recommend in its current state. Lacks polish.

The foundation is strong, but the game stutters like mad when transitioning between combat arenas.

The combat itself is also a little janky, there's this weird smoothing on your hands and guns that just makes it impossible to move quickly and snappy.

It's also weirdly difficult to get a smooth flow going with the current AI, who just love walking in straight lines (which results in uninteresting conga line engagements) and spawning behind you, which is a similar issue to blade and sorcery.
Basically, footsteps are quiet or non-existent at times and enemies spawn all around you, which leaves you in a position where you have to be constantly looking over your shoulder with a brick strapped to your face. Not exactly the most comfortable thing to be doing. Of course, it also doesn't help that aiming is just incredibly difficult due to the excessive weapon and arm smoothing mentioned prior. I did disable all smoothing in the settings but it doesn't feel like that actually changed anything.

The practice ranges are decently well made, though the hologram killhouse is too much of a maze to really work well, I spend more time running around in it trying to find the enemies than actually fighting them.

The levels are well made, the contract story and such is interesting enough to keep me hooked and the music is alright.

All in all, an impressive game for a solo dev, but in this state at this price? I can't in good faith say its worth it.

idk bro its genuinely the worst driving model in any NFS game to date.
I've never put a racing game down as fast as this one. There is genuinely nothing about this that I like other than that it looks pretty. But who cares about that?

I paid 2 bucks for this.
Im getting a can of monster instead.

Ends too soon, honestly.
I wouldn't mind another two maps, the only time me and my friend were really challenged was the final level and it's also my favorite part of the game. It was the only time we actually almost ran out of supplies in the field (and we had already brought triple what we usually did as a joke).

In a similar trend, the only map I personally really found interesting was Pechorsk Outskirts with the map we spent the most time on being Romashka for simply being the easiest to make a lot of money on.

Anyway, the guns are great, the audio is good, its a bit janky and buggy at times but it wouldn't be VR Stalker without it. Excellent VR game, possibly one of the best available right now.

I can live with the flight controls being touchy. But the x and y mouse sensitivity being two completely different values loosely based on the value you put into settings is unacceptable for a game where you need to use your mouse to aim and target.

I spend more time fighting the targeting system than actual enemies, since the game ignores inputs when the map is open and the mouse sensitivity is wonky so targeting like that takes twice as long if you can even manage to line up the target you want when there's 5 blips around it that you *don't* want to target. (I.E targeting an IFV 12km out when there's a missile you want to target rapidly approaching at 600m that just happens to be directly in front of the IFV when you press the lock target button. This sounds like an edge case but this happens way too often)

I love the setting, I love the design and the maps are okay. But it definitely deserves the early access tag.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ port, runs like ass, needs mods to be playable, yet still the best GTA game.
They don't make em like this anymore.
Solid story, excellent vibes and despite the ♥♥♥♥ it gets the driving is really fun.

I hope they'll remaster it at some point, properly.

Very cool, albeit a bit short. Decent for the price, not much DLC worth getting nowadays.
