Disclaimer: I don't own the game on Steam however I have over 125h in Epic games and played both the base game and Warlords of New York DLC (I still did not get the Battle for Brooklyn DLC).

Review: Game is really fun, specially as a new player, I ran everything pretty much solo and I enjoyed every bit of my 100 hours I played, the leveling and missions are awesome and the abilities you unlock are really cool, the enviroment design is top notch, graphics looks great, gunplay feels fluid, the cover system is NOT as bad as people make it out to be, it has it's flaws, but it's nothing that you can't workaround with, and the build crafting is there BUT and that's a big BUT, you really REALLY need to min max your build, one or two skills missing, maybe one or two of your mods are not MAXED out and your entire build falls apart, it's one of those games that I could never get into it's "endgame" and that's coming from someone who enjoys looter shooters (over 4k hours in Destiny 2).

The game hits a complete brick wall as soon as you finish the main story+DLC and be at the level cap, to do hard content you NEED a perfect build and to get the perfect build you NEED to keep griding the same boring easy content for a lucky, maxed out gear piece drop that would help your build not to mention that the entire premise of "endgame" is running the story missions in harder difficulties, it got boring really really fast for me.

I really wanted to try out raiding in this game but I don't wanna run the same story missions 200 more times to get gear pieces for a decent build.

Overall game is good but don't expect much endgame 8.5/10.

I owned this game on Epic before it came out on Steam, I never really liked it that much, it's the weaker of the new formula games (Origins was the best and Odyssey was also good), the combat gets boring really quick and it end up being just an ability spam, the animations are also not good with sometimes things connecting just because they're supposed to connect even though they're not animated correctly, you'll have your character magically teleporting and skipping frames just so they'd do their finishing animation, which feels extremely forced and not natural at all.

The overall quality of the game just screams "good enough", it's not a quality product by any means, it's just good enough to be enjoyed for maybe 30-40hours depending on how long it takes you to get bored of it.

I dropped the game after 40 hours and never looked back at it.

The only reason I'm giving the game a "Positive" review is to F--- with people giving it a negative review just because Ubi didn't add achievements to the Steam version, like who F---ing cares, grow a pair, Steam is not the only store front and if you payed for the game, you get your game, any extras you get (trading cards, achievements, remote play...etc) are extras, they're not mandatory and the game should not be reviewed for not including those extras to cater to what your want.
