They took away Mr. Crabs (my pet) and replaced it with a stupid ghost

(The game replaces the pets you bring along so often through ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ event and instead of the pet getting taken over by someone else or being put in a storage it just vanishes... dumb system)

To sum up the game experience: tedious.

Everything in this game feels like a drag. The ressources, the building, the crafting, the transport of ressources. The game is not difficult, not brutal or whatever its just tedious. If this is what you like in your survival game, you will like it.

I really wish i could recommend the game but i cannot. I was really waiting for this game to release cause i already loved forager. In the end the game offers too little for the price. The last parts of the game are just pure waiting for the ressources and it is not fun. The islands are very limited in space and in quantity, which limits how much and how fast you can produce.

There are also parts of the game which cannot be automated (asteroid grind) and it is just annoying. There are only 3 boss fights and they are way to easy.
I recommend getting it on a 50%-75% sale.

-Poor level design, alot of reused assets.
-Poor enemy design, alot of reused assets.
-Most of the bosses feel like dps grind. No need to remember anything just smash the attack button.
-Difficulty is partially made through bs
-No rpg style leveling, you can switch classes though (does not make up for it though)
-Feels very clunky at times
-Very simplified "souls" expierence
-Hitboxes (your own and the enemy) are sometimes a bit off
-Fun in multiplayer
-Nice animations (eg Backstab)
-Did never care about the story cause it feels very tedious to me

Well it is surprsingly short but overall a good game especially in coop. I personally however would not tag it as souls like.

There are better games out there for 5€. It is just boring... it had its media shock moment thingy but the game itself has nothing really to offer :)
