Imi place tare mult profilul tau așa că, înainte să trecem la lucruri serioase, îți prezint o rețetă de sărmăluțe pufoase și aromate, bune de te lingi pe degete:

Sărmăluțe ca la mama acasă

(pentru 6–8 porții, dacă le mănânci cu poftă, sau chiar mai multe dacă le servești cu mămăliguță)

Ingrediente:

1 varză murată mare și frumoasă (cu frunzulițe moi și ascultătoare)

700 g carne tocată (porc sau amestec porc-vită, după inimioară)

150 g orez spălat bine

2 cepe măricele, tocate mărunt-mărunt

2 linguri de ulei

1 lingură de pastă de tomate

1 linguriță paprika dulce și aromată

1 linguriță cimbru uscat

1 legăturică de mărar proaspăt, tocat fin

sare și piper, după gust

opțional: câteva feliuțe de afumătură pentru un parfum...

opțional: 1 frunză de dafin pentru o notă boierească
