Amazing remake of one of my favourite games. Cannot recommend highly enough

My review has changed, as the BT audio feature is now *almost* ready. And my refund request was denied, so I might be stockholming a bit, but anyway.
In the Beta branch of this product, audio can now be mirrored through haptics and controller speaker over bluetooth, though it's a bit choppy. I understand the struggle of reverse engineering whatever Sony's doing, my initial negative review was because they specifically advertised something that was not yet in the product, but now it is, even if imperfect/unfinished.
The application also no longer reports to Steam that it's still running, thereby no longer inflating its "playtime" if set to launch on boot or if otherwise left running.

Original review: The "BT Audio" feature advertised and sold for an extra fee is not yet in the product, which is blatent false advertising. The application provides no useful features beyond what is already provided by Steam Input, preexisting open-source drivers, and Windows' own control panels, despite its advertising and product description stating otherwise. The tool reports to Steam that it is still running regardless of whether a controller is actually connected, resulting in an inflated "playtime". Total time spent testing this application on its own and in games over the past day was maybe 45 minutes at most, but it has reported 25 hours of "playtime" to Steam, jeopardising the ability to get a refund.

A confusing and unpleasant game. It wasn't clear until the second level what the purpose of the collectibles was, and therefore what the point of the whole game was besides being lost. Continuing to the next level felt random until the logic leap was made.. The extremely short draw distance and white plane floating in line of sight, as well as the nauseating lack of perspective and poor optimisation in the third level resulting in huge framerate drops, not to mention the extremely short and underproduced music track that starts off muted, all combined make this an art experience more than a game. So, if I rated it as an interactive art experience, I'd say I recommend it. As a game though, there's a lot of work to go on the engine before it's a competent game.

For everyone complaining about paying for this DLC, the developers have made it pretty clear that it's to meet Steam guidelines on sexual content in games. Everyone who bought the game before this should get it for free, at least that seems to be the case. Just pretend the game now costs the amount for the base game and this DLC, suddenly the problem goes away. It gets enough free content patches for it to be worth it.

kuso is great. If you loved LOVE, you'll like kuso. LOVE has a better soundtrack though.

A beautifully detailed and stunning sci-fi mystery. Would be vastly improved by VR support.

Enjoyed this game. It's easier if you turn down sensitivity, maybe the game could start with lower sensitivity. Tried loading my own music, a track I converted to ogg didn't show up in the game, having a track list would be helpful, as well as supporting more common file types. I ended up muting the game sound and playing music externally, the color syncronization didn't seem to do much for me.

An adrenaline rush like no other.

It's not a bad game. I enjoy playing it. I just really wish I could get online play working. Endless network errors.
