In comparison with Minecraft Dungeons I

Positive Sides:
- alive semi-open world
- more content (talismans, armors, entities, weapons)
- better effect visuals

Negative Sides:
- No WASD controls, the game now only has point and click movement which isn't good
- No Tower Mode
- No support for Linux/SteamOS/SteamDeck, and the game also will not run on WIndows 10 as described in the game store page (tested), for real the game will only run on Windows 11 and only after you update all of the system components to latest versions, including all KB updates, App Installer, Game Services, Xbox App and everything. This looks like on purpose designed anti-competitive practice to make the game as a "windows exclusive", Idk then why we have it in steam.
- Casual enchanting system with not more ability to have three different at once, instead we have books and levels and have "effects" as a separate stats;
- No battle pass with daily quests

How to play on linux/steamdeck at all costs:
- Use Proton GE 11-7
- Replace XCurl.dll in game files with what you can find online
- Pass SteamDeck=1 in launch commands
- If you don't see GDK proton - install it into Steam and reboot it
- Log into the game at once using windows through kvm, other machine or dual boot
- Then the game will just launch on linux

Cult of the Lamb is cute and surprisingly perfect for the Steam Deck. In some places you can really see the advantages of the OLED screen, especially when the interface uses pure black backgrounds.

The game is adorable, the characters are genuinely cute, but at the same time it’s pretty brutal: sacrifices, aging, death, and all the lovely cult-related activities. The visual style is a solid 10/10, and the gameplay is an interesting mix of a room-based roguelike and a colony simulator, two very different extremes blended together in a really fun way.

The only downside is that multiplayer is local only via controllers, which is a bit disappointing. Now I’m just waiting for more DLC.

Also, judging by the amount of poop-related jokes and the fact that every second follower seems to have a dark desire to taste it... something very suspicious is going on here.

Postal 2 is one of those games from my childhood, back when no one really controlled what kids were playing. I still remember the original CD brough from a friend, and all the mods like Share the Pain and AWP: Delete Review.

No studio would dare to make something like this today. It is brutal, absurd and deliberately offensive, mocking everyone and turning chaos into the main gameplay element.

And despite all that, I did not grow up racist or violent. For me, it was a safe way to blow off steam and safely experiment with forbidden things in a harmless virtual space.

Replaying the game as an adult, I realized there is more than just shock humor here. Behind the madness is a sharp satire on society, stereotypes and especially politics, taken to a grotesque extreme. Postal 2 is not just a scandalous game, it is social parody at its limit.

The game's quests and storytelling are absolutely insane - true masterpieces. Even the side quests are engaging and feel complete, with rich narratives that rival the main questline. One of the most fascinating mechanics is the BrainDance investigations. They make you feel like a real detective digging into the smallest details. However, I always wondered if all the BrainDances are recorded by someone's chrome, so why my Kiroshi optics can't switch to sonic and thermal vision? Why is this an exclusive BD feature to see them?

I also love the way the developers implemented their own slang into the world: "to delta," "netrunner," "ripper," "choomba," etc. These terms give Night City a unique flavor and immerse you deeper into the cyberpunk culture.

However, despite these strengths, the game’s approach to romance and representation feels overly heterocentric. According to my research, CD Projekt Red created four romanceable characters representing different orientations, but the main questline clearly favors pushing players toward Panam Palmer. There is a lesbian romance path with Judy Alvarez that is similarly easy to access through the main storyline.

On the other hand, pursuing a straight romance as a female V with River Ward is noticeably harder, it requires building a relationship with a side quest cop through intense, dark investigations involving heavy themes such as child abuse. The gay romance route, with Kerry Eurodyne, is the most hidden of all; it requires completing Johnny Silverhand’s side quests presented in forms of "do it if you please", which are optional and not particularly well signposted, making it easy for many players to overlook.

So, while multiple romance options do exist, they are not equally visible or accessible. Lesbian and straight romance paths are far more prominent and straightforward, which gives the impression that the game was designed by a straight man accepting lesbian relationships, who doesn't like to see men in the frame.

Finally, I must also mention how the game portrays the queer ripperdoc Finn Gerstatt, who is cast in a decidedly negative light. It feels as though this character was deliberately created to demonize queer people, which is a deeply disappointing choice.

Simply about this game: imagine the Deep Rock Galactic but with Factorio inside.

I don't know why is everyone hate this game, the rating was mixed and lots of comments about that the project is an abandonware.

I took it from Steam automation fest among few other games... these few games can't even entertain me for a while, the same time being more expensive, but this... I wonder why developers abandoned such a masterpiece.

The game is more than just a farming simulator, more than I've expected, absolutely worth the price

The game is exactly the same as it was before. DLCs now built-in so thanks Bethesda for not being like EA Games
