It's fun and I shiggy diggy but if this is the polished state of the game I really don't wanna know how this was at launch. Doesn't run all that great even though my laptop beats recommended specs, it feels quite janky at times w characters glitching away and movements being wonky (but not frustrating jank and wonk just silly) and sometimes you'll find a restart-worthy bug (didn't get any uninstall-worthy bugs yet but still) 5 years later.

great chill game, just like dark souls

Fun, engaging, beautiful to look, great to listen.

Overall a nice foundation, works really well especially if instead of playing this as a map-painting sim where you min-max everything you simply LARP as a country and steer it towards x or y ideology.

Some UI stuff needs explained better, war needs tweaking but is overall ok and I recommend adding some extra prompts and explainations for unprofitable businesses ( had some top industries suddenly flatline on me with no explanation, even though said goods were at a high price, workers were available, necessary goods were supplied at decent prices and produced goods pretty much required in my production chain)

Helped me achieve my dreams of tax evasion. Also has a Speedwagon hat.

Worst game I've ever played, King Dice can suck my nuts since I'm incapable of parrying that much consistently


EDIT: I have since then beaten both King Dice and the Devil (who can still suck my nuts), however I have lost my sanity in the process

Expensive, but I got it as a pre-order bonus. If you didn't, wait for a sale. Features will likely come to bear fruit with immersion packs, since customizing these mechanics to be region-specific would've delayed this DLC further.

Hope we get a free update for the tribal courts of norse rulers and dukes.
