Brother, I must admit that I was gravely disappointed to miss your Bob Saget rant this year. I waited months, with baited breath. But the lack of response brings me back to an early realization that most of my life is lived within my head, not with others. And I now feel more viscerally than before how transient our existences are; how we meet and flourish together for a short time, and then fan out, apart from each other.
