Nandome ka no Hajimemashite is a Visual Novel that has time travel essence in it. This also marks the first VN that has a darker story than other VNs that I’ve played (e.g: Aokana, Making Lovers).

Story-wise, I think it's really, really good. I managed to have a laugh and bawled my eyes out when reading the story. It taught me to treasure my life & people that live around me more. For me, it hits so deep because I've been neglecting these 2 things for quite some time already. I think it can serve as a wake-up call for people who can relate to this. (Edit/Extra Note 1: However, the story itself has some parts left unexplained regarding why certain things happen in a certain way that I need to try reread the story or find someone who can enlighten me.)

Art-wise, it's beautiful. Sure, it looks darker and more serious than other VNs that I've played. But it matches the story atmosphere. I think the CGs managed to capture what the writer intended to tell.

Soundtrack-wise, I'm in tears. The song "Nice to meet you." is so beautiful that I kinda want to learn piano again after years of procrastination. But due to its story, some of the soundtracks have an eerie vibe and it caught me off guard when it plays because it's a new experience for me.

Me and my friends have been hyping this game up since the announcement of the English localization. I bought it the day it was released and I do think it's worth buying.
