İrmikli Vezir Parmağı Tatlısı Tarifi Yapılışı
Tüm malzemeyi karıştırıp yoğuruyoruz, yumuşak bir hamur olacak şekilde ceviz büyüklüğünde parçalara parmak gibi şekil veriyoruz. Sonra irmiğe bulayıp tepsiye diziyoruz. 170C fırında üstü kızarana kadar pişriyoruz. Şerbetini döküp soğumaya bırakıyoruz.

Not: Tatlı sıcak şerbeti soğuk olacak. Afiyet olsun.
