It's a great game with good environment, story telling, and quite the cinematic action-movie like gameplay. Really great but it doesn't have replayability.
You can replay missions multiple times to have different approaches but all outcomes lead to the same.

A short little game as the title implies. You are minding your own business one day doing your routine until suddenly a surprising event occurred.
One of your relatives asks you take in a kid (Shizuku) because she can't keep up anymore due to her age and her pension wouldn't be able to take care of two people at once. You are dealt with a life changing decision to take her in or not.
Shizuku in your care develops and matures throughout game progression. The game introduces cute little art chibis when you do activities such as cooking, bathing, and conversing with Shizuku.
Your efforts are rewarded seeing her character develop from a quiet gloomy girl to warming up to you with genuine heart warming smile as she tries to reinstate into modern society. Every stage of progression rewards you a CG where the MC and Shizuku have a moment about life.

Now the real question, is this game worth it? No, it's a short little game but if you're just looking for something to fill in that missing unaccountable or probably ineffable is a better word for it feeling, reason, whatever it maybe. Maybe this is the game for you.
I did thoroughly enjoyed my time with it and it was nice going the wholesome route and exploring my other options as my first walk through of the game was finished.

A short and nice Visual Novel with a little unique gameplay that stands out from other VNs. It has this JRPG looking format that lets you do chores around the house. Upgrading and adding quality of life changes in the household, as the siblings are Modern folk and not people used to living primitively, so stuff in the household needs modern necessities like the internet, mobile phones, laptops.
As said earlier yes, this is a relatively short visual novel where you manage your sisters health and doing stuff around the house with the JRPG-like gameplay you improve her overall health and doing salacious activities with Imouto.

A very fun obscene, ridiculous visual novel I've ever experienced filled with dirty sex jokes. Although I don't have anything creative to put out in words this visual novel is a very fun experience and I loved every route as each character have their charms and distinct from each other.
One thing I've noticed is this game has quite a bit of British terminology/slang so be prepared to learn a few new words, not like it's a bad thing.
Still overall an excellent visual novel filled with silly content, unforgettable moments, and characters.
Also if your planning on getting this Visual Novel on this platform please download the patch, the game ends abruptly without it and you won't be able to experience the full game.
If your asking about the anime adaptation, it's taken a different modified route of a specific heroine, general concept is still the same but how the story unfolds and progresses are slightly different from the visual novel. As of this review I have not watched the adaptation.

With the introduction of update 1.5 with Nightmare mode introduced it effectively scales enemies now to your Legend Level, Legend Level is supposed to be a system that makes further enhances your characters combat prowess but now effectively useless with this update. Why? Before Legend Levels it was highly advised to plan or avoid fighting Volatiles. With the introduction of Legend Levels (Before 1.5) sure it was funny to one shot everything to fulfill that power fantasy, now that's just gone even at Max Legend Level.

Pretty nice casual game albeit similar to Risk of Rain 2 or other rogue likes you may have played. It also comes with Coop which is bonus points. Although the memory leak issue is a problem ...

Game doesn't feel polished or developed enough. And also the optimization is pretty poor...
After playing some more there are a lot of times when the framerate becomes really bad dips into 10s or lower when looting some bodies, and human enemies have aimbot. That is easily tolerable but there are some frustrating moments when they can shoot through walls, stealth is almost not an option, and additionally cheap AI that can be cheesed say swarm of rats or mutants can be dealt with by jumping on top of elevated platforms such as pile of junk or vehicles, even boxes.

Quite a unique piece of art. I liked quite many things though the simple ones would be It's cute art style, and music. Each character within your guild mates has the shy, timid, and even the tomboyish one, and then your gentle heartwarming sister whom you always take care at home.
The story begins as your parents who are adventurers left for their journey leaving you, the eldest one in the family (Onii-chan) to take care if your little sister who has a weak constitution since birth. Your goal in the game is to achieve your dream by becoming an adventurer and help nurse your sister when she becomes ill.
As you progress through the game more options become available to you in terms of training, outings with sister, part-time, and other mundane tasks which include chores, and training.
It's ultimately up to your choice how your relationship comes out with your sister.
Please download the patch for this game for a smoother experience!

A little fantastic gem.
This JRPG has very good characters and their development, and the world that revolves around it. I was into every dialogue the game has to throw at me, especially coming from each character background and main.
I enjoyed every little moment, except the darker ones.
I loved every little interaction that happened within the main party of characters. How they all grow and mature as the game progresses, makes me feel so proud and happy.
The world building is pretty great, I liked how there are differences between each country, each problem they have, and how they choose to tackle it (although some of them maybe dark).
By all means this game is fantastic but not perfect, somethings are left out, somethings are just completely what? huh?
Though leaving those aside, I just cant help about talking about the main cast of characters that you obtain throughout your journey and see their friendship and bonds grow.
A very good JRPG.
I so happened to play its sequel Kings Exit first before playing this one. So seeing the its characters again and some memorable places just feels me with so much joy.
