Nice & well rounded beat 'em up metroidvania type. Really tight controls, which really helps on getting certain achievements.

Nothing else to say except it's a classic. Got a formula that works well, and with the help of mods, everything can be more challenging, crazier, funnier, kinkier , and overall just more extra. TL;DR this one get's an 8/10

Supergiant back at it again with the solid games. The story, characters, music, gameplay, designs for characters, environments & miscs, voice acting & overall everything just oozes fantasy. Perfectly challenging stages backed by a perfectly paced story progression just makes me weak. TL;DR this one gets a 9.5/10

After 150 hours of play, I can positively recommend this game for any beginner to the Monster Hunter franchise or any hunting type games or whatever you call 'em. Tight controls, varied weapons, although some better than the rest, makes every hunt feel a tad more fun. Some hunts are designed for team plays, so the multiplayer element is this game's heavily emphasized. Main gripes about this game is just the grind is sometimes a slog, some monsters are just a bit annoying to fight, and the weapon variety is lacking compared to previous installations, but despite all that i can give this game a solid 8/10. Looking forward to Iceborn
