This player is an npc, his main purpose is only to be a quest giver and item vendor. If you find yourself queued with him for any reason- AVOID COMMUNICATION WITH HIM. His items are severely overpriced, and his conversation AI is far below average. Ignore him, and his automatic pathfinding with eventually cause him to walk towards his spawn point, at which point you can unload the room and provided you don't re-enter it, he will remain inactive. DO NOT ACCEPT ANY OF HIS QUESTS. They are bugged and will corrupt the game. Talking to this npc also has a chance of inflicting a poisoned debuff due to his uncharacteristically high toxicity stat for an npc. Avoid interacting with him at all costs and you should be safe.
