if you're playing since 1999 you should be grown up enough to not report people purely based on the number of hours played on a steam profile. I played cs since it was a half life mod before steam was even a thing, and only just started playing again this yr. His words were "his hours and his skill don't line up". Maybe you haven't been playing as long as you claim on your profile after all othewise you'd know better.
