Getting behind the wall allowed me to actually throw some spells of my own & play the game a bit. In case you didn't notice we were on a narrow map & I had an ultra weapon with pyromancies, so there wasn't a single spell of mine that I could cast without getting punished for trying. Yet despite this you never seem keen to try to go in on me to do the same. I'm free aiming great chaos & you can't even try to engage?

Not to mention you had an estoc, if I remember correctly, so that only adds to the problem.

I didn't feel very punished by farron dart on account of how I dodged every single one in a prior match that'd ended in a draw, but I was sitting still & dodging your spells to show you that you were not playing aggressive enough, regardless of whether or not you were back pedaling. Spellcasting is more than just standing still & shooting projectiles.

Farron hail works wonders if you free aim it, soul GS also helps, and deep soul can force rolls. There's plenty to do. Otherwise I might as well just not fight, since you don't seem interested in fighting.

A tip from one spellcaster to another: try using more than just projectile spells. Otherwise your opponent will just roll all of your spells in their sleep.
