After the developer started cleaning up after all the hackers, the game has become a lot more enjoyable - no longer a huge risk of being killed by a cheater.

This is what a City Sim should be like. It has everything you need, plus a huge community of modders so if you miss something in the game, there's probably a mod for that. If you have Mayor in your belly, this is the game for you!
