Hi there!

It's been almost a year since this game has received any development love, so I am unfortunately cancelling this project for good. There are a few reasons for this:

• I wasn't very good/didn't understand how to properly market games, or what makes them succeed.

• Any marketing I attempted fell a bit short even though I thought the game was cool (haha)

• Scope expanded far too much for my first game and became too much for what this project should have been.

After I stopped working on this, I've been doing smaller (free to play) projects on itch.io and experimenting with making YouTube videos as a form of marketing for my games, which has worked well so far! (my username is Derndeff on all sites)

It's unlikely that I will revisit this game in the future since I can now see that the market for a game like this is quite small and difficult to spread awareness for, but I will keep making games and getting better every release!

Thanks for your time and your support!
