One of the best coop games I've played. It's very innovative and imaginative, recommended to everyone looking for 2 man coop. I'd also like to thank the studio for amazing option to invite a 2nd player(cross platform too!) to play that doesn't own the game, but can with you.

I am playing through this right now and it is an absolute blast. Josef Fares did it again. If you loved It Takes Two, this is literally that but on crack. It is the perfect game to play with your partner.

The Good
Zero repetition. The second you get used to a mechanic, the game takes it away and hands you something completely different. One minute you're wall-running in a cyberpunk city, the next you're riding a giant, colorful pig.
The Friend's Pass is a lifesaver. Only one of us had to buy it, and we are playing the whole thing together.
It looks absolutely stunning in 4K. No lag or frame drops even with a million things happening on a split screen.
The mid-boss checkpoints mean you won't break your controllers or argue over a hard fight.


The Bad

The villain is basically a cartoon CEO who is evil just for the sake of being evil. The story is a bit cheesy, but honestly, you're here for the gameplay anyway.

Buy it. Grab your partner. Lock yourself in a room for the weekend.
