Ive never played this game before but i heard you really want to level as little as possible so i looked up a guide So if I understand correctly you can level up skills as much as possible as long as you don't put a 10th point in a major skill. is that correct? That seems like a strange decision that could be used to break the game so im guessing i have it wrong...
