Big update comes now update is looking like running a bank with having to check documents before accepting a loan. but its still missing stuff like a random events even a bank robbery. What is ridiculous is after unlocking the 2nd atm you have to buy the truck like why its only 2 atms unlocked... the truck is slow and clunky. At least add an employee to drive it and do the atm refills with its own parking space next to the bank. the open world still serves no purpose apart from atms at least add a decor store to buy stuff and add cars players can buy like luxury cars to drive around. They Introduced a boost to employee but its bad and outdated where you have to go each employee and pay em extra for a very short boost.. Like add a leveling system or add a boost that last longer. When it comes to employee hiring the max speed we can find em is just 1.5x...
we still currently have just plants for decor items all this time and still nothing more or something else?

Bank Simulator delivers an entertaining combination of financial management, business expansion, and hands-on banking operations, transforming an otherwise complicated industry into an accessible simulation experience. Developed and published by Strong Bow Games, the game challenges players to establish a successful financial institution by managing customer transactions, approving loans, investing in bonds, and expanding banking services. What initially appears to be a straightforward workplace simulator gradually develops into a more involved management experience where strategic decisions influence profitability and growth. Its appeal comes from the satisfaction of transforming a modest banking office into a thriving financial enterprise, although repetitive activities and simplified economic systems occasionally limit its potential.

The gameplay begins with operating the teller counter, where players personally handle deposits, withdrawals, account registrations, and credit card applications. These seemingly ordinary responsibilities become more interesting through the introduction of suspicious transactions and fraudulent customers. Identifying counterfeit money, examining identification documents, verifying account balances, and detecting incorrect transaction amounts require consistent attention. Mistakes can create financial consequences, encouraging careful decision-making rather than mindlessly processing customers. This investigative element adds welcome variety to routine banking activities. Nevertheless, the repetitive nature of customer interactions becomes noticeable during extended sessions, particularly before employees can assume responsibility for these tasks.

Financial investments introduce greater strategic depth through loan approvals and bond transactions. Loan management involves examining customer documentation, evaluating potential risks, and identifying dishonest applicants. As the institution develops, negotiations allow players to adjust interest rates, repayment periods, and loan amounts to secure favorable agreements. Bond investments provide another opportunity to generate revenue, requiring players to evaluate proposed deals and determine whether their financial conditions justify the associated risks. These mechanics successfully communicate the relationship between calculated investments and profitability without overwhelming players with complicated financial terminology. However, experienced management enthusiasts may find the economic systems relatively simplified compared with more demanding business simulations.

Business expansion represents one of the game's strongest features. Profits can be reinvested into additional offices, upgraded equipment, improved banking facilities, and more efficient operations. Marketing campaigns introduce another management consideration, allowing players to attract customers through advertisements, television promotions, social media, and influencer partnerships. Different campaign sizes influence customer acquisition, while occasional viral promotions can dramatically increase public interest. The challenge lies in maintaining sufficient operational capacity to accommodate growing demand. This creates a rewarding progression cycle where investments generate opportunities for further development, encouraging players to continually improve their financial institution.

The inclusion of automated teller machine facilities expands management responsibilities beyond the main banking office. Players can establish ATM locations throughout the city, replenish their cash reserves, and collect commissions from customer withdrawals. A dedicated transportation vehicle must be used to distribute money, introducing driving, fuel management, and logistical planning into the experience. Although these activities are relatively straightforward, they provide a refreshing alternative to spending every moment behind an office counter. Upgrading individual ATM facilities also creates additional opportunities to increase revenue and improve overall business efficiency.

Employee management becomes increasingly important as operations expand. Players interview applicants with different experience levels and salary expectations, attempting to recruit capable workers without creating excessive operating expenses. Hiring employees allows repetitive banking responsibilities to become automated, gradually transforming the experience from direct customer service into broader organizational management. Cash runners, financial office personnel, and marketing employees contribute toward maintaining efficient operations. This progression feels rewarding because improvements produce noticeable reductions in manual responsibilities. However, the recruitment system could benefit from more sophisticated employee behavior, workplace challenges, and personnel development mechanics.

Visually, Bank Simulator adopts a practical three-dimensional presentation that prioritizes functionality over elaborate artistic detail. Banking equipment, customer service counters, office furniture, and financial workstations are recognizable and generally easy to understand. Interior customization allows players to personalize their institution through furniture placement, flooring, colors, and layout adjustments. These features strengthen the sense of ownership, although the environments and character animations can occasionally feel somewhat basic. The interface organizes numerous management responsibilities reasonably effectively, but additional visual refinement would improve the overall presentation.

The game also provides competitive leaderboards and an extensive achievement system, offering additional objectives beyond ordinary business expansion. Its single-player structure makes it particularly suitable for players who prefer progressing at their own pace. However, its Early Access status means occasional technical issues, balancing inconsistencies, and unfinished features remain considerations. Multiplayer functionality is planned for future development rather than being an established component of the current experience. Consequently, the existing gameplay should be evaluated primarily on its individual management systems rather than anticipated additions.

Regarding Steam Deck compatibility, Bank Simulator is classified as Playable rather than fully Verified. The game supports controller input and SteamOS, making portable gameplay possible without relying exclusively on traditional desktop controls. However, certain interface interactions may require touchscreen assistance or alternative control configurations, while smaller text can occasionally affect readability. Its relatively relaxed management structure makes it suitable for handheld sessions, although mouse and keyboard controls may provide greater convenience when handling detailed financial transactions.

Overall, Bank Simulator succeeds in making banking management approachable and enjoyable through interconnected financial systems, rewarding progression, and gradual automation. Its strongest qualities include varied investment opportunities, satisfying business expansion, employee recruitment, and the additional logistical responsibilities introduced by ATM operations. While repetitive transactions, modest visuals, and limited economic complexity prevent it from becoming an exceptional simulation, its accessible design provides considerable entertainment for enthusiasts of business management games. With continued refinement, it has the potential to become an even more compelling financial tycoon experience.

An enjoyable and promising banking simulator that combines strategic financial decisions with satisfying business growth, despite repetitive activities and opportunities for deeper management mechanics.

Crash after main page. Tried several fixes, it was hit and miss. Nobody wants to play a game that might or might not launch. Could be a decent game if it had a stable platform.
