Hey! Shake it Co! is now on Mac. There is plenty for everyone else too: a Journal that tracks everything you can finish, a fisher who sells the weather, and a frenzy for the lake.

Mac:

• Shake it Co! now runs on macOS 12 or later, on both Apple silicon and Intel Macs. If you already own the game, it is already in your Steam library on your Mac.

• It is the same game as on Windows. Mac and Windows players can play co-op together, and Steam Cloud carries your gardens between a PC and a Mac.

• This is our first Mac build, so if anything looks off on your Mac, please tell us.

The Journal:

• The Stats tab of the workshop is now the Journal. It lists everything a garden can finish, chapter by chapter, with a per cent for each chapter and one for the whole garden.

• Every chapter shows its cards the way their own shop does. Point at a card to see what it does and what is left. Things you have not found yet stay hidden as ???.

• Your whole fish journal is in the Fishing chapter, so you can check it at any hour, even after the fisher has gone home.

• The Achievements chapter lists every achievement and how to earn it. Your old stats are still there too, on the Journal's last page.

Sleep Until a Day:

• Buy everything in the Orchard, the Market and Skills, and the calendar (K) learns a new trick. Point at a later day of the month and hold it, and the garden sleeps straight through to that morning.

• The days in between are skipped, so nothing is earned on them. You wake up Well Rested on the morning you picked.

• In co-op it is a vote. The garden sleeps once most of you agree.

The fisher sells the weather:

• Catch half of the lake's fish, 39 of the 78 kinds, and the fisher has a lesson for you. After it, her stall has a new page: Weather.

• It holds eight skies, from Clear to Storm and Blizzard. Hold one and the whole garden's weather turns to it for the rest of the day and the night.

• Some fish only bite under certain skies. The Lake King wants a storm or a blizzard at night, and now you can order one.

• A sky costs coins, and the price grows with your garden. You can change it again the same day, but only while the fisher is at her stall, so buy your night's weather before she goes home.

Fish frenzy:

• The lake has a frenzy of its own now. Land a Prism Trout or fish up the Rainbow Fruit, and for 20 seconds every bite you strike is a catch, with no reeling at all.

• Your line casts itself again after every fish, and if your creel fills up, the fish are sold on the spot. The frenzy is for everyone fishing in the garden.

• Those two catches used to start the tree's frenzy. Now the frenzy stays at the lake, where your rod is. The Rainbow Fruit can be fished up at night now too.

Other changes:

• A day's weather now holds through its night. A snowy day means a snowy night, and a storm at the lake no longer clears before dark.

• A frenzy no longer blocks the combo ring. A shake during a frenzy can light a ring just like any other shake.

Fixes:

• The Trick Shot achievement did not unlock when two thrown fruit hit each other cleanly in mid-air. Now it does, and both throwers get it.

• Closing the game, or joining a friend, while a garden was still loading could replace that garden with an empty one. Fixed.

Note: this update changes the network protocol, so you both need the current version to play together.

Thanks to everyone who wrote in. The fish frenzy, the combo ring during a frenzy and the storms that last the night all came straight out of your messages.
