I wanna play this game because my friends are playing it and I want to play it. but my game is stuck on a screen that says "this game is currently under development". please help me!

So,I've been trying to get a server and it keeps searching, then counting back from 3 to 0 then saying there's a problem with my connection. I've tried to switch between US and Europe but nothing is working. Can anyone help?
