The first hour was actually pretty fun. Chilling with friends, crafting stuff, building a base... everything was going great.

And then I discovered the most annoying bug in the game: IN USE.

Normally, "IN USE" means that someone is currently using the object. Makes sense, right?

Well... apparently not.

Because even when nobody is using it, the game can randomly decide that the object is IN USE. And when that happens, you can't use it, interact with it, or even destroy it.

We currently have 4 furnaces in our base because they bug out like this every single time. Once they do, they're basically permanent decorations. You can't use them, you can't destroy them, you can't do anything with them. They have simply decided to become part of the architecture.

Then you spend about 24 hours crafting something just so you can finally have a place to put your items.

You put the items in.

IN USE.

Everything is stuck.

IN USE.

You try again.

IN USE.

At this point, I'm pretty sure IN USE is going to follow me into real life. I'll close my eyes tonight and hear a faint whisper...

"in use..."

I'll wake up in a cold sweat.

Apart from the base feeling too small after a while and the crafting being unnecessarily time-consuming, the game is actually pretty fun.

Just don't get too attached to your items.

Because sooner or later...

Overall, I enjoy the game. It's digging and survival. Not a bad combo. HOWEVER, There are a few cons
- Eating stuff that's grown around the map yields negligible stomach value
- Turning that stuff into something that has an actual impact, EXTREMLY time consuming
- IN USE! As of writing this there is a bug or something that causes the crafting benches and other benches to be IN USE even when no one is using them. I haven't played this singleplayer, but it appears to be an issue with multiplayer for sure.
- I would love some platforms to build in my hole so I don't jump off the elevator, back into the pit I just dug.

7/10, would let my wife buy for me again.
