Lifeguard Holic is a wonderful and steamy erotic management game in which the protagonist, the typical muscular, tanned, blond guy, who won a luxury pool in a bet. This establishment must now manage and remodel to gain popularity and thus attract more sultry women whom he can seduce and fill up like turkeys.
This title features a fairly prominent NTR theme that is unavoidable, since one of the main heroines has a boyfriend, in addition to other secondary female characters who also have partners. There is also sharing content (the heroines having sex with men other than the protagonist), but this can be “technically” avoided.

This game is programmed in Unity and is entirely 2D, so there are no noticeable performance issues. Furthermore, I didn't encounter any bugs while playing the game to 100% completion.
The game's graphics are quite appealing. It features an anime style art style that I think is better than previous Big S Studio games. It has a more sexualized style, with curvy women, voluptuous thighs, overflowing breasts, and amazing butts, which all are quite erotic. The menus are also aesthetically pleasing and fit the game’s theme.
The audio falls short of the graphics but performs decently. It features good Japanese voice acting and realistic sound effects. However, it lacks variety in background music.

Narratively speaking, the game is fairly basic. Setting aside the short introduction, which shows the protagonist, a retired swimmer, winning the pool facility in a card game and being tasked with managing it, the "main" story essentially ends there. Nothing else happens beyond the pool becoming the most popular in the city.
The "romantic" subplots with the three main heroines are interesting in terms of the story, since most of the dialogue, plot development, and character growth take place there. One subplot revolves around Mizuhara Aoi, a shy college girl with incredible breasts. She goes to the pool with her boyfriend to train. The protagonist takes advantage of her by groping, corrupting, and sexually subduing her in order to tear her away from her boyfriend. Later although later the boyfriend himself enjoys watching his girlfriend/ex-girlfriend being penetrated by the protagonist and becomes a cuck .
The second story is about Kitakawa Minami, an unemployed woman who arrives looking for a job as a coach. However, her kinks are soon awakened by the protagonist, and she becomes a pervert who loves being watched while having sex. Thus, her entire story revolves around her pushing this kink to the limit.
Finally, the shortest story is about Kagura Tanabe, Minami’s roommate. She has feelings for Minami but sees her having sex with the protagonist. This turns her on and motivates her to join them.
Finally, it's worth noting that the game currently has only one ending, a harem style ending, which is the typical ending you'd expect from a game of this nature.

In terms of gameplay, this title follows the standard progression of management games. There is a day based progression system with day and night cycles, as well as an action point bar. One of the game’s objectives is to become the most popular pool, which will attract the hottest women. To achieve this, you must upgrade your pool facilities and run advertising campaigns, including flyers, influencer promotions, and online ads.
All of these activities require money, which you earn by selling admission tickets to the pool. The more popular the venue, the better the customers you’ll have. You can also earn money through random events, but this isn't practical.
The game’s second objective revolves around the heroines’ story. To accomplish this, you must reach a certain level of corruption with them while meeting the venue’s popularity requirements. Thus, both objectives are interconnected.
Finally, it’s worth mentioning that the entire game is packed with more than six mini-games that you can play with just one hand. You can find these in the pool entrance area, where you decide who gets in based on a dress code by clicking the left or right mouse button. You can also find them in the heroines’ corruption sections, where you touch them by holding down the mouse button and releasing it when people notice. There is similar gameplay in the exhibitionism sections.
The gameplay for these minigames is simple and well explained. Most of them involve clicking at the right moment, so they aren’t complicated and don’t require much concentration.

In terms of erotic content, this game delivers with 50 animated sex scenes and a few special erotic CG images.
The scenes fall into two main categories. The first category features special full-screen scenes in which the heroine’s body is larger and more detailed. These scenes are used during key moments in the story or in sex scenes with additional heroines from themed pool events. The second category uses the characters’ in game models. These scenes are typically small, so it’s not possible to appreciate much detail. They belong to sections featuring everyday sex or erotic training sessions involving the protagonist. About 70% of all scenes fall into this latter category.
The full-screen scenes are undoubtedly the best in terms of quality, as they show more detail in the heroine’s artwork and feature a greater variety of positions. The heroines' bodies are also more alluring in these scenes. However, in terms of animation complexity, duration, and sound effects, both types are similar since the animations are usually looped and have adjustable speed. They aren't very long and allow you to choose the climax moment.
The game covers a decent number of sexual fetishes, including NTR, sharing, bukkake, vaginal sex, anal sex, public sex, exhibitionism, bondage, threesomes, foursomes, the use of sex toys, cosplay, cuckolding, and voyeurism.

Lifeguard Holic strikes me as another little gem developed by Big S Studio/Tiramisu, since it’s a game that delves deeply into the cheating/NTR fetish, offering some pretty exciting scenarios, as well as incorporating gameplay that’s more polished than in its early levels—and best of all, art that perfectly highlights the heroines’ sexual appeal, to the point where just looking at them makes your little friend want to come out and play.
The only downside I find with the game is that it requires significantly more grinding than previous titles, since you absolutely must increase the pool’s popularity and to do that, you need a lot of money, which can be earned primarily through one method that’s quite slow to complete.
Otherwise, it’s a pretty solid game. It’s reasonably priced at $16, which is justified by the amount of content it offers—and even more so by the upcoming free update. So if you’re into NTR themes and you like curvy women with voluptuous figures and huge boobs, this game is for you, and you won’t regret buying it.
