The fryer line is in: fries, onion rings, chicken tenders, breading trays, cup holders, the works. New ingredients on the board, including cheddar, roast beef, minced meat, pineapple, shrimp, basil and mozzarella. Wine service on the floor. And every single station now upgrades through three tiers.

These aren't just numbers going up. An upgrade changes how a station actually works, and some of them make the job dramatically easier. That matters, because the further you get, the harder the shifts push back. The upgrades are how you keep up.

Just don't forget they need looking after. Stations wear down, floors get dirty, things spill. Keep the wrench and the mop close.

Hire staff. Candidates come with rarities and traits, so who you hire is a real decision. Assign roles (Porter, Fryer, Assembler), post the jobs, and watch your crew work the line, take their breaks, and talk to each other while they do it. They're there for a reason: once the restaurant grows, a good crew is what keeps you from drowning in it.

Over fifty calendar events can change your day. Check the calendar, choose your restaurant motto, and prepare for whatever comes next.

New walls and ceilings, a redone exterior, distant buildings, traffic on the road outside, and a serious optimization pass across the board.

One of our artists lost his companion of fifteen years, Sütlaç, while we were making this game. So we decided to do the only thing we could and make Sütlaç immortal. Sütlaç lives in the restaurant now and will be keeping you company instead.

Making this game quietly ate a lot of things that weren't really ours to spend. Weekends. Plans we'd already said yes to. The D&D campaign we pushed back one more week, and then one more week after that, until nobody bothered asking anymore. There were stretches where we went quiet for ten days straight and came back with nothing better than "sorry, we're deep in it, next time for sure."

To everyone who heard that and just said "go finish it": thank you. You made room for this without ever being asked to, and we noticed every single time.

And to everyone who played it early, broke it on purpose, and told us exactly what felt wrong instead of telling us it was fine: this game is genuinely better because of you.

It’s finally time to share the date.

Pizza House Simulator🍕 will officially launch on Steam on August 19, 2026!

We’ve spent a long time building this pizzeria, improving its systems, and shaping the game into the restaurant experience we originally imagined. Seeing so many of you play, share feedback, report issues, and talk about the game has made that journey even more meaningful for our small team.

On August 19, the doors will open and you’ll be able to start building your own pizzeria, survive the busy shifts, and turn a small restaurant into something much bigger.

Reaching this point is exciting, but also a little difficult to put into words. Pizza House Simulator🍕 has been a major part of our lives throughout development, and knowing that it will soon be in your hands makes all the work, experiments, changes, and late nights feel worth it.

There’s still plenty happening behind the scenes as we prepare for launch, and we’ll be sharing more details as we get closer to release.
