Multiplayer will be offline for Russian player Like mgs v? ?

Thinking of refunding the collection bundle and just buy MGS4 MC Edition when it is available separately. There's no way to buy the Japanese version on Steam without having a Japanese payment method. The MGS4 store page says "*Versions for other regions can be downloaded separately from the store." But this one lacks of it and language option states clearly that it doesn't have Japanese I wish they just port it to PS4. Even Switch 1 can handle MGS4 why can't PS4?...

I'm curious, and worried. I hope they won't remove the Vocaloid functionality the game originally had.
