Changed

Fighters from Japan, Korea, China, the Philippines, Thailand, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana, Morocco, Algeria, and Egypt get names from their own region instead of generic English ones.
Ring calls succeed or fail mostly on the fighter's composure, determination, and morale instead of a near coin flip.
Ring call results say why the call landed or failed.
Title fights pay a bigger purse premium.
Champion-versus-champion matchups and cross-weight superfights pay far bigger purses and can break the normal purse ceiling.
Rematches pay more with every previous meeting, so trilogy fights command the biggest purses.

Fixed

Division titles are no longer held by amateurs, retired fighters, or fighters without a single win; existing saves are cleaned up on load.
Fighters no longer fail the weigh-in while being 0.0 lbs over the limit.
Unranked fighters no longer get fight offers against opponents far above or below their level.
The Conversations tab only lights up when someone is actually waiting for a reply, not for every unread message.
Conversations with fighters you coach yourself no longer talk about your own character in the third person.

Added

The email center is split into an Inbox tab and a News tab; press articles, rivalry digests, and league drama land under News.
New-mail notifications and the space shortcut only react to Inbox mail, so news no longer interrupts the Continue flow.
The fighter directory has an Active filter that hides retired fighters.
Scouts can be assigned with a Prospects focus that prioritizes young, unproven fighters.
Scouting a fighter now gradually reveals their potential, shown as a ceiling range on leads and the fighter profile.
Revealed stat ceilings show next to each stat on the fighter profile and on the training dashboard cards.
The in-game editor has a Staff tab for editing a coach's name, age, experience, specialization, and skills.
Clicking Facilities on the gym page opens a 3D view of your gym hall where each facility level adds visible equipment, up to a full ring and championship belts.
The gym hall camera slowly glides through the room, and buying an upgrade flies it to the new equipment for a few seconds.

Hey guys the Dev does not have a bug thread pinned yet. Lets make life easy for us and him by Being short, specific and highlighting what needs to be fixed now in an easy way for him to read, please no paragraphs the dude has to prioritize. #1 Starting staff contract now working as intended, the trainer does not accept the contract you offer even when you meet his exact terms. #2 A bar fight happened and the resolution was 2k for a +5 to reputation, the reputation did not change after paying the money...

Editing no longer happens inline on the profile, gym, and organization pages; all editing goes through the new editor window.
Creating a new save is much faster.

Added

The pencil in the top bar opens an editor where you can change any fighter's name, age, nationality, and stats, plus your gym's profile and organization names.
Using the editor marks the save as modified after a warning, disables achievements for it, and shows a Modified badge on the load screen.
The training screen has a switch that puts fighters on recovery once their fatigue reaches a chosen threshold, until it drops below it again.
The training screen can set one training focus for all fighters at once.
Declined contract emails have a New Offer button that opens the offer screen for that fighter or trainer.

Fixed

The fighter directory no longer shows blank rows after returning from a profile you opened while scrolled down the list.
Concussed fighters and fighters with serious or severe injuries no longer train and gain stats; they sit out until recovered, shown as injured in the day summary.
Profile stat arrows show the last week's change, matching the weekly training report instead of a two-week window.
Relationship threads no longer stay marked unread after opening them.
Contract bonuses of 1% or less no longer display as inflated percentages on the contract sheet.
Relationship map summaries no longer show up in German outside the German localization.
Press conferences no longer end without questions when your fighter sits deep on a large card.

Settings has separate volume sliders for walkout music and punch sounds.
An email arrives when one of your fighters reaches the top two of an organization's rankings, telling you he can be put forward for a title shot and how to request it.
Title bonus and performance bonus can be set when you make a contract offer, alongside show money and the win bonus.
The Finances screen breaks the month down fighter by fighter, so you can see who is paying for himself and who is not, and each name opens that fighter.
A fighter's contract page shows what he has brought in, what he has cost you and where both came from, counting doctor's bills, gifts and purse advances against him.
View Contract on a fighter signed to another gym shows his deal: term, pay, fight bonuses and clauses.

Changed

The Organizations screen drops the background photo and lays out the ladder on the left with your booked fights and upcoming events in a side column.
The Fighters table merges wins, losses and knockouts into one record column, moves the filter counts into the filter buttons and shows estimated ratings without the intel labels.
Upcoming events on the Organizations screen show ten by default, with the rest behind a show-more toggle.
An organization's page shows its divisions side by side, each with the champion on top and the top ten contenders below, with a show-more toggle for the rest.
The fighter profile overview scrolls as a page instead of squeezing its panels into the window, and the organization and gym in the header open their own pages.
A fighter's contract pages read like the contract itself: term, pay and fight bonuses listed line by line, with mood, earnings and the actions in a side column.
A champion who goes around a year without a title fight is ordered to defend against the number one contender, and his organization books a title card in that division, starting with divisions where your fighter is the contender.
Organizations spread their cards across divisions, favouring belts that have gone longest without being contested and divisions with enough fighters to fill a card.
Regional promotions match their top-ranked fighters against opponents close to them in the rankings.

Fixed

A fighter ranked in the division above or below his own can challenge that division's champion for the belt, and the fight is booked as a title fight at the top of the card instead of a non-title bout on the undercard.
A title event keeps its main event open for the belt instead of filling up with ordinary fights and going ahead without the champion.
A belt left vacant when its champion retires is put on the line between the top contenders instead of going unclaimed.
Fight night pays your gym the cut written in the fighter's contract instead of falling back to 25%.
A gym cut above 32% costs a fighter real money in his eyes, so he asks for more to sign it and turns down the extremes outright.
The fight night debrief says how much of the purse your fighter keeps, so the money that never reaches your account is accounted for.
The title bonus in a fighter's contract is paid when he wins a title fight.
The performance bonus in a fighter's contract is paid when he wins by stoppage.
Show money, win bonus, title bonus and performance bonus are now a share of the purse instead of fixed sums, so what a fighter earns scales with the fight he is in.
A fight offer keeps its accept, negotiate and decline buttons after the organization counters, so the second round of negotiation can be played out.
A champion who defends his belt is labelled as a title defence in the fight night debrief instead of a new champion.
The Fighters screen shows overall ratings out of 100 instead of out of 20.
Everything a fighter is owed on fight night comes out of his purse before your gym takes its cut, so your gym always banks something from a win.
The extra money a win pays your gym is shown as the promotion's win incentive rather than being folded into your cut, so the purse adds up between you and your fighter.
Fights on the opening calendar and your first card pay what the promotion can actually afford instead of a flat minimum.
Fighters already under contract in an existing save are moved onto the new bonus terms when the save loads, so the change reaches campaigns in progress.
A fighter who was promised a minimum number of fights a year and did not get them says so, and takes it out on his mood.
The auto-renewal clause on your own contracts rolls the deal over instead of letting the fighter or trainer walk.
Signing a fighter who is still under contract elsewhere costs you the buyout the offer screen quoted, and that money goes to his old gym.
A fighter's bonuses can no longer add up to more of the purse than your gym could ever take a cut of; the offer screen shows how much of it you have promised away.
Fixed a day sometimes refusing to advance with a database transaction error, most often early in a new game.

Swing and a miss.

having played the ancient Boxin manager on the comodore back in the day I expected a more polished, engaging version of that beloved relic.

This game is clinical, no engagement with your characters, training, setting up a fight is much searching and hassle. You have to find everything out (cluttered interface, unclear where is the hiring, firing, arranging, training and streamlined coupling with right trainers functionality. They do have a match trainer with trainingskill button now, but it assigns the wrong trainer. Hiring trainers, what your budget is (or not, you can just build up debt with no problem) is unclear. The fights are without soul and no real information except for some stats. This game is a total loss off effort and I can't see how they can fix it on this base. Too bad, I really, really was looking forward to it.

So many things not in place. So many things to fix on a poor basis of a game. I cannot see this improve to a playable and engaging experience.

Stay away is my sincere advice.

If you like boxing and enjoy management type games this may be for you. The game has just been released and already has had multiple fixes and updates which tells you the developers are listening and taking action, can't ask any more than that. I've really enjoyed the game

This game is so much fun, it took me awhile to start to understand all the different options to work with , given there is no manual but yeah I'm almost there. I'm addicted to it. There's only one area in the game I'd like to see improvement in, and that is a more diverse range of ethnic groups in the game as there is in real life. I don't mean to rub anybody the wrong way but in real life many different cultures of people box, please, please fix this area of the game so all the boxers don't look the same. other than that one bad aspect of the game, keep up the great work. Love your game..

Champion`?

Hi have any of you suceeded to have a Title fight? I have played alot and have three fighters ranked 1 , the longest for a year but no one has had a title bout? Now one of them where challenged by a Champion but in another organisation, Title bout.No. Do i have to do something else to fight for the tiitle? right now one of my number 1 is fighting people ranked between 10-20? why is that? Having title fights is kind of the point....

View of Injuries, Development Reads, and Character Insight

Am I missing some area inside the screen of the fighters that gives any of this? I know the injury one has the "Fitness" listing which gives an idea (severe, fit, etc.) but nothing outside of that on their screen, have to go back through emails to see the details. As for development reads and character insight I don't see any of that outside of the emails and as a little icon listed near OVR of the fighter on the "My Gym" tab....
