To prevent nasty bugs from slipping into future versions, we've opened a "Test" branch as an early-update branch for each version.
This branch is used for testing each version, so the risks are unpredictable — we don't recommend regular players switch to it.
Brave players can right-click the game → "Properties" → "Game Versions & Betas" → select the "test" branch to try out new versions early.
(Be absolutely sure to back up your saves, and beware of data loss and other nasty bugs caused by the test branch.)

Improvements
1. Added a spirit creature category to the inventory. When displaying a category, batch selling now only sells spirit creatures in the selected category.
2. Added an Armory (equipment storage) function to the Hall of Gathering Heroes, which must first be unlocked in base technologies.
3. The character equipment screen now has an equip mode setting. When switched to Armory mode, you can equip or unequip directly from the corresponding Armory storage.
4. Changed the Archer's passive skill affix from range bonus to basic attack damage.
5. Changed the passive skill affixes of the Qi Archer / Chain Bow God from bonus damage to minions to attack speed bonus.
6. Added a Pawnshop function to the Hall of Gathering Heroes, enabled by default.
7. Now there is a counter relationship between skill elements and enemy elements.
For example: using Water skills against Fire enemies deals a lot of extra damage. Using Fire skills against Water enemies reduces damage.
8. Optimized stuttering caused by mass crafting.

Fixes
1. Fixed an issue where pressing ESC to close an interface would show the system menu.
2. Fixed issues where Fire, Wood, and Water skill multipliers and elemental counter attributes were incorrectly ineffective.

Important: Players who have used this version should NOT switch back to any older version — doing so may cause Armory items to be lost.

If you enjoy this game, we sincerely beg you to leave a positive Steam review! It helps the game go further! Thank you so much!

• Can't enter (NWjs error shown): Clean up your C drive to free up enough cache space. (The engine needs some virtual cache space.)

• To ride this wave of momentum and make sure we can keep going, we've put up the Steam store page for *Eternal Xiuzhen* ahead of time!

• This game is a small "incremental + hunting + cultivation" title, leaning more toward incremental; idle elements may be added in the late game after clearing.

• Don't worry — while I'm handling the design for this game, I'm not the one writing the code or doing the art.

• Right now this game doesn't take up any of my workload, and I'll still be focusing on *Bandit Simulator TD*. At this stage, our programmer is doing the early groundwork.

• We sincerely beg everyone to Follow + Wishlist to show your support! A playtest demo will be released later too!

Hello everyone! Xiao Mang here with an early teaser for a new game!

We just released *Bandit Simulator TD*, so honestly a new title shouldn't be coming this soon.
But with the market being as tough as it is right now and AI games flooding Steam,
we need to ride this wave of momentum to make sure we can keep going.
So I've decided to put up the Steam store page for *Eternal Xiuzhen* ahead of time!
I'm begging you all in advance to "Wishlist + Follow" — a playtest demo will be coming later!
Or join our QQ group: 1131319858. The latest news will be posted there!

• 30-second battles! An incremental + hunting + cultivation game! Play as a cultivator, hunt demon beasts, gather resources, and make your mark on the cultivation world!

• Features a unique battlefield size-changing mechanic — from ordinary little demons at the start to towering colossal beasts, you'll feel the true size differences of a cultivation world!

• Use the spirit stones you earn from each hunt to buy artifacts, learn techniques, raise Dao companions, and strive toward tribulation transcendence!

• Don't worry — I'm the producer/designer on this one, but the programming and art are handled by a professional programmer! (Much more reliable!)

• So my workload and focus remain on *Bandit Simulator TD*. At this stage, our programmer is doing the early groundwork.

• Please Follow + Wishlist to support us! A playtest demo will be released later too! Thank you all for your continued support~!
