A lot of you told us the board could be hard to read, so this update adds two boards that look like the chess you already play.

Tournament is the green board and Walnut the brown one. Both use the standard chess pieces, drawn large, with no disc behind them.

The quantum marks are all still there. A bar under each piece shows the chance it's on that square, and the entanglement lines and phase marks work as before.

Both are free. To switch: Settings, then Theme. If you like the standard pieces but want to keep another board, you can now pick them with any theme under Settings, then Pieces.

The Steam version now starts in Cloud Chamber, the theme that comes with the game on Steam. If you already picked a theme, it stays.

Quick Match, the Alchemy League queue and ranked games are 10+5 for now. The queue only pairs players who picked the same clock. There aren't enough of us yet to spread across nine clocks, so one clock keeps everyone in one pool and you find a game sooner. We'll bring more clocks back as more people play.

Tournaments and unranked rooms you host keep every clock. New games against a bot start on 10+5 too, and you can still change it there.

If you've been on the default branch, this update also brings everything since 1.19.11:

• Faster, stronger bots. Bots think about five times faster, so every level looks further ahead in the same time, and they judge measurements in a new way that won more games at every level we tested.

• Near-certain pieces. After a measurement, a piece more than 99.9% likely to be on a square is placed there for sure, and one under 0.1% is removed. The Rules guide explains it.

• Online results from the server. A matchmade game's result now comes from the game server, so nobody can report a game you never played as your loss.

• Safer Steam linking. Linking Steam on the web asks for the code your desktop app shows, and shows the Steam ID and profile before you confirm.

• Correspondence fixes. Draw offers, timeouts and endings are named correctly, and a move made on one device reloads the game on your other screens.

• Rankings and puzzles. Players rated 1500 or lower show on Rankings again, and newly approved community puzzles show in the list.

• Easier to read. Stronger text contrast on desktop.
