A new puzzle game from the dev behind Zof.

More Myst-like than the previous game, we find ourselves on an island where we must help a scientist (voiced by Bob Baker) by solving all kinds of puzzles.
Many of the puzzle solutions are cleverly hidden in the environment, so good observation skills are a must. But every puzzle can be solved logically. You just need to carefully observe your surroundings and experiment with things to find the clues that will lead you to the solution.

I really had a lot of fun trying to solve the puzzles. I highly recommend this game if you enjoy puzzle games!

It took me about 3 hours to beat the game, which you may or may not consider short for the price tag. The puzzles were enjoyable enough though, and there are some novel ideas here. Just be sure to keep notes, there will be a test at the end.

This is a soft recommendation - It has a lot of the same elements as myst or riven, but it doesn't execute as well. I'd only really recommend this if you already played those games and you want something like that but a smaller scale indie version.

The good: The world is pretty interesting, theres no massive lore dumps and many of the puzzles are reasonable. Theres sprinting so backtracking is not that bad. The object teleporting mechanic is cool but its barely utilized throughout the game.

The bad: Almost all of the puzzles are just pushing buttons according to whatever hint you can find. Theres no real satisfaction of solving something actually tricky, its either you find the thing you need or you wander around until you do. A few times I missed pulling a lever simply because it blended in with the ground and I didn't notice it, or I came across some button grid where I could think up at least 10 possible solutions and I had to try them all. Also a few of the puzzles were straight up BS, especially the one that makes you backtrack all throughout the entire map again.

Anyways I'm giving this a +1 simply because it was fun enough for what it was worth.
