I love WakuWaku games, but this one is sadly a failure.

The art is great as always, the world and mechanics are solid. But the actual game merging all of this together, is best described as "wasted potential".
- a lot of NPCs just aren't worth friending to max level, some do basically nothing at all.
- the combat and chases jump between being extremely easy and extremely hard.
- you never really know what to work towards
- the game has 10 endings, yet the requirements are unclear. And even if you do reach the requirements, the game checks against ALL endings linearly, if you qualify for ending A -> play ending A, else check B qualifications, else check C qualifications. What this means in practice is, to achieve the ending you want, you have to purposely tank your chances with all other endings, which is hard when you don't know what is needed for what.

Having followed the game's development, I understand a lot of issues were encountered along the way, a lot of changes were made to the premise and story. IT SHOWS. You can feel mechanics not fully fitting together, many ideas not fully realizing.

Also, the English, and I assume all over non-Japanese translations of this game are done by AI, with zero editing by a human. I understand they are a small indie developer, but this is also their third game, they planned for a global release since day 1. They could have definitely hired a translator.

ALSO ALSO the dev talks about an upcoming DLC, so do look forward to that.

Holy sh*t is this game a trap. Don't buy this slop. Even with more skills, the enemies are still damange sponges made to waste time. Yeah, the MC is a rookie, but how the hell does some drunk dude move faster than me? Even with a bar full of moves, it feels like I'm barely tickling the guy. The game is like, 80% minigame, 20% lewd stuff. Looks like they even forgot to add music to some minigames as well. Those reviews that said that this game was grindy were right.

With that said, I can forgive a lot. Story? Meh. Gameplay? Meh. Characters? Meh. But I draw the line at horrible translations. We all know why these games are bought. Hard to recommend this game when even that is hard to enjoy. It seems like whatever they wrote was churned through auto translation. The lines are rough. And I mean **ROUGH.** It's as bad as something AI would write. Some lines just don't make sense.
