This game has great bones and I want to love it. I really hope the creator doesn't get demotivated by the negative reviews and instead works to update and turn this game into the amazing experience it COULD be.

Lets start with the positives:
+ I LOVE the aesthetic and concept of the game
+ I like the camera mechanic
+ Yay kitty ^^

There are many issues that are preventing me from recommending it in it's current state:
- There is only one audio slider and its for master volume, there is not way to change your microphone volume or your friends volume.
- There are few enemies with each having very basic mechanics.
- The maps are small and repetitive.
- The round are short and not very dynamic.
- The items are identical with the only difference being the worth and pickup time of the item(with the exception of the bomb which damages you when you pick it up)
- The upgrades are basic and don't add much to the experience
- If one of your friends crashes mid match(this happened a lot) then they will not be able to rejoin even once you are back in home base so you will have to restart entirely.
- The only difference between maps is appearance there are no unique monster or mechanics or items in any of the maps.

I really do want to love this game, to the extent that I was seriously considering modding the game to fix the issues I have with it. You have a potential gem here dev, please don't waste it.

this game should be in early access in my opinion, game has crazy potential but its lacking a lot when it comes to replayability & bugs, because of that me and my friends got bored pretty quick

maybe after a few updates ill pick it up again

This game has a LOT of potential but it just wasn't ready to release. I personally wont be refunding as I'm hoping my money goes to improving this game. There were audio clipping issues so bad my friend had to alt-F4 mid game. The bugs were plentiful, and so the game truly was only a 30 minute experience.

Vibe-wise I think they could get a lot of inspiration from Yume Nikki for inspo and should cut one of the eye monsters and give it a different design. Personally, I would recommend changing the design of the weeping-angel one, as nothing in it's design effectively communicates what it does. I see a lot of potential for monster designs in the future. Additionally I think it would benefit from a radically different gameplay loop, as right now it reads as a Lethal Company clone with no gimmick like YapYap has. This also ties into the lore, as collecting dream items currently doesn't make a lot of sense and it isn't clear why we're doing it. Giving it either a unique gimmick or a completely different gameplay loop would be highly beneficial to the vibe of the game.

Despite my excitement for the game, sadly I won't be playing much until a future update. I hope they improve this so I can come back to give a better review!
