Hi, I made 4 fixes based on your feedback:

The Sigil (WRITE) demon has now been made more clear on how to beat in the demon book.
The Anchor (BACK) now gives you more time to go back. (longer hunt time)
Disabling camera shake now also disables head bobbing when moving.
Unfocusing from the game no longer mutes the audio. (because voice chat)

General Feedback

First off, fantastic game! Played this in duo with my younger sister and we went through all nine floors - it's a lot of fun. Turn and Back are the most caused deaths by far - with Back being nearly a death sentence for us. I am curious to know what people have strategy wise for these? We went back and forth between using the board/ghost muffled chat to try and survive. I don't know if it scaled timers per floor - but it felt like there wasn't nearly enough time to prepare for Back. It also didn't seem t...

Hotfix August 18th (Tutorial Level)

Hi, I made 4 fixes based on your feedback:

Added a very optional tutorial level for new players who want to do that before playing. Let me know if you have any feedback about it. Works solo too.
Added a setting to disable the bodycam camera effect (fisheye lens effect).
Fixed a voice chat volume issue where sometimes being a ghost would make it so your voice volume setting of other players would not be correctly applied.
Lowered jumpscare volume a bit.

Hi, I made 4 fixes based on your feedback:

Fixed jumpscare sound lingers on for way too long and it was annoying and loud.
Floor 8 room texture was changed to be less flickering/noisy. But if it's still bad let me know and for now you can toggle "Floor 8 Noise" in the settings. But it should be good without it I think now.
Floor 9 room texture swapped from mirror walls to something more normal, sorry about that if it was too annoying to deal with - I received feedback that the increased difficulty from the mirror walls was frustrating, and not fun. So it's fixed now.
Fixed a rare issue where an item could spawn on top of a real relic item, therefore hiding the relic item.

Early Access Review

I saw several reviews talking about the various controls/aspects of the game and I disagree with many of them.
1) the Ouija Board controls are perfectly difficult. As a ghost trying to move a physical object it makes total sense.
2) No Tutorial. I find this a little odd, playing the first room gave my group plenty of learning experience and we learned it quickly after a few deaths by communicating in the lobby afterwards.
3) The ghosts/monsters are perfectly fine and my group looks forward to more.
4) Only had one issue with the physics when a player slid off a box they were standing perfectly still on.
5) The Audio. The In-Game chat is perfectly serviceable. Only issue we had was getting the game sound to transfer properly to our Streams.
6) The Character/Model. Hoping the devs eventually implement character customization and unlocks so each game can feel more like mine.

My group and I had a great time getting jumpscared and just playing the game and we plan to play it a lot. Also going to be recommending this game to anyone that listens to us.

The game concept sounds hella fun but you can't play unless its with your steam friends. Thats a bummer, ill wait for public lobbies to be added and then try again.

Fun and original game, me and my friends are having a blast. Tip make up your own code it can get pretty difficult.

Dont play this if you cant communicate lol

Is there any option to reduce the screaming time and intensity? We don't want to alert the neighbours since it's too long

The Witness bugged?

When me and my friends do turn, it shows the circle as green but we still die from it. Is it bugged out or are we suppose to avoid the circle completely?

Me and one friend were playing together and the way we figured out how to commincate with turn is by flicking the lights when you are facing it. Now sometime the turn does not spawn so you are dead anyway but so far it is the hardest one out there and I find we often don't have a lot of time because of the two player instead of 4....
